Configuration problems - I can’t set up call forwarding

The configuration wizard is inside the app, you should be able to complete it by following the steps. If you are unable to finish it according to the guidelines, here are the instructions for setting up the app manually.

Please dial *672035146021# with your phone and press the green button. This will set call forwarding to busy.

Then if you can, try calling yourself anonymously to see if the situation has been resolved. To call yourself anonymously, ask a friend or family member to call you by putting the string 141 in front of your number.

You should receive a call from a Blocked Number: reject it, and check that the app is working.

Can I access the website to check my call list?

We have renewed the app and the website with the latest update.

The website remains as an information point only; you can access your account and your call list from the app on your phone.

When my 7 Premium days expire, does Whooming become free or do I have to subscribe?

When your 7 Premium days expire, which we have decided to give away with the latest update to new users, you will automatically be directed to the basic Whooming services, which are free. You will not subscribe if you don't want to.

The app remains free as a basic service.
